Reservations for tours or balloons cannot be confirmed until Atlas Parapente is received with the payment or deposit the full payment. The deposit can vary based on the tour and season, and can range from 20% to 100%.
Refund and cancellation policy
Customers who want to end any of their services for any reason such as family or health reasons, will be charged the following charges :
- Cancellations up to 48 hours prior departure will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the departure time are refunded in 75 percent.
- Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to takeoff are fully refundable.
- Cancellations within 12 hours prior to departure are not refundable.
Any cancellations on our part due to technical difficulties or weather conditions CAA approval will be scheduled to be rescheduled or reimbursed in the full amount.
Conditions for date changes
- If you contact us at minimum 7 days prior to that you wish to change reservations to an opening day at no cost.
- In less than 6 days We are unable to assure availability for any change in date particularly during peak season. Send us an email if you wish to alter the date you want to change.
Weather conditions / Delays for balloon flights
If the weather doesn't allow, flights could delay until following morning, which is why we recommend that you make your balloon booking to the morning of your first day in Marrakech to ensure that you don't be late.
If you decide to leave Marrakech and are not able to change your flight date, we will issue you the full amount back.
Other important information
Costs include the cost of insurance on balloon flights. So, customers are advised to get their own insurance to cover the event of health (illness or accidents) as well as damage or loss to luggage as well as cancellations, theft, or any other occurrences during the flight. If such events happen during the trip, we are not accountable for any cost or charges resulting from these events. We do not guarantee the reimbursement, whether partial or all of any money you have that is paid.
The responsibility of Atlas Parapente or its agents is strictly limited. ATlas Parapente will not be held responsible for any interruption or change in time, schedule, machinery or equipment failures or strikes or damage to luggage or injuries resulting from or related to accommodation in hotels or guesthouses and food service baggage handling, terrorist or war actions (threatened or actually) and weather conditions or any other similar issues. Any such loss or expense are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right at any time, to modify any aspect of the itinerary, or the transportation method used, the hotel selected as well as any other. The price advertised is subject to changes due to price hikes due to increases in the price of gasoline or similar causes. In this scenario, each passenger could be forced to pay an extra amount to cover the cost of their trip that reflects this price increase.
Atlas Parapente retains the rights to disqualify or deny at any time, in its sole decision, at any point before or during the tour, any participant as a participant of the trip, if not in line with the general enjoyment or health of the other participants on the tour. No refunds will be given.

If a client doesn't take part in a balloon ride, or does not join it after the departure or is absent before the flight commences, no refund will be given in this situation.
